Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing and chopping vegetables
Cook and present dishes according to menu specifications, including presentation standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and utensils
Communicate effectively with other team members, including the front staff and management
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
