Job Title: Kitchen Prep Associate (2nd Shift)
Shift: Second Shift (Start Time: 3:30 PM-End time varies based on production needs )
Pay: $18/hour
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Prep Associate to join our team on second shift. This role plays a key part in preparing ingredients and supporting kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut and prepare vegetables and other ingredients
- Cook meats according to recipes and production needs
- Prepare sauces and chicken stocks
- Follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support overall kitchen operations as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of heavy lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to tolerate strong food smells
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
