What You'll Do

• Prepare ingredients with precision slicing, dicing, marinating, and portioning proteins and vegetables
  
• Execute dishes on the line with speed and consistency during service
  
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
  
• Collaborate with your kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
  
• Follow recipes and plating standards while contributing your own culinary creativity
  
• Support inventory management and communicate needs to leadership
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a professional kitchen (prep cook or line cook background preferred)
  
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with Japanese cuisine is a plus
  
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service
  
• Team player mentality with positive energy
  
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
