Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients for cooking (washing, chopping, portioning, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Restock supplies and assist cooks as needed
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Keep prep stations clean and organized throughout the shift
Qualifications
Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but not required
