A local Indian restaurant in Louisville is currently hiring a Kitchen Prep/Helper to assist with daily kitchen operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare vegetables, meats, and ingredients for cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff during food preparation
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
