About the Role:

• Prepare all ingredients for cold food item assembly.
• Assemble all cold menu items such as salads, fruit cups, grilled chicken cool wraps etc
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow operational system to ensure adequate amount of prep items are prepared and ensure minimum waste.
