Qualifications:
- ServSafe Certified (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience in Chick-fil-A or similar kitchen operations (preferred but not required)
- A growth mindset, servant leadership style, and a passion for excellence
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
