We’re looking for a motivated Kitchen Shift Leader who can keep our kitchen humming, our pizzas perfect, and our team working like a well-oiled oven. Position Summary
As a Kitchen Shift Leader, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen operations during your shift. You’ll oversee food preparation, ensure quality standards, coordinate kitchen staff, and keep the line moving efficiently during busy hours. This is a hands-on leadership role—expect to jump in on prep, make pizzas, and help wherever needed.


Location: Thibodaux, LA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support kitchen team members during assigned shifts
  • Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation to meet company standards
  • Ensure food safety and cleanliness protocols are followed at all times
  • Coordinate prep work, cooking, and plating for efficiency during peak hours
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff
  • Manage shift checklists, stock levels, and prep needs
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff for smooth service flow
  • Handle minor equipment or supply issues and report larger concerns to management


Requirements

  • Prior kitchen or restaurant experience (pizza experience a plus)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
  • Knowledge of basic food safety standards
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
