We are hiring a Kitchen Shift Leader for a dynamic restaurant, working 35-40 hours weekly.
- Lead and guide kitchen staff to meet operational goals
- Assist in all kitchen roles as needed
- Maintain food quality and ensure recipe compliance
- Enforce sanitation and safety standards
- Support cost control efforts
- Ensure compliance with protocols and HR procedures
- Foster a positive, honest, and respectful work environment
- Interview, schedule, train, supervise, and coach staff
Requirements include 1-2 years supervisory experience, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, a positive attitude, and a valid food handler's card.
