The Kitchen Shift Manager ensures consistent food quality, safety, prompt service and efficiency in kitchen operations. They provide great service and great food for our guests, promote a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park guests, jumpers, and team.PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manages inventory so that all necessary ingredients and supplies are stocked for serviceProvides training to staffMaintains prompt service times, flow, and organizationEnsures cleaning standards and sanitation levels are maintained by staffIdentifies and reduces food and supply waste in the kitchenEnsure food products and supplies are stored and handled in compliance with safety standardsHands on food prep and cooking, managing consistency and qualityWorks with food vendors, verifying food orders and deliveriesEnsure compliance with established Altitude Trampoline Park policies and proceduresProvide courteous customer service and responds to customer's questions, complaints or requests.
