Seeking a reliable Sous Chef with at least 4 years of restaurant or banquet experience to join a kitchen team in Hyannis, MA, for the 2026 season and beyond.

  • Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning, food prep, and kitchen management.
  • Oversee daily operations in the absence of the Executive Chef and mentor kitchen staff.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Manage inventory, supply orders, and ingredient quality.
  • Collaborate with staff and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
