Kitchen Staff duties include:
- Supporting daily operations and assisting the kitchen manager
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Preparing ingredients and following standard recipes and procedures
- Proper food storage and inventory management
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and workstations
- Adhering to sanitation standards
Dishwasher duties:
- Fast-paced dish cleaning
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas
Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-volume kitchen or food service preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to lift over 30 lbs
