Responsibilities
- Incharge of appetizers, soups and curries.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes.
- Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Support cooking activities under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks including working near high temperature area.
