Responsibilities
Incharge of appetizers, soups and curries.
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes.
Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations
Support cooking activities under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and organizing supplies
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks including working near high temperature area.
