As a Kitchen Staff, you will handle daily operations of the Tasting Room Kitchen at our Queensbury Location. Here you will prepare beautiful charcuterie boards and other shareable dishes in an expedient, accurate, cleanly and organized manner.
Kitchen Operations:
Your primary role is to create beautiful charcuterie boards, and shareable apps made to menu specifications, both on a small scale for our daily customers and on a large scale for our events. Such duties include, but are not limited to:
o Take food inventory, assist with ordering and ensure all ingredients are stocked for service.
o Adhere to kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
o Ensure the utmost quality of food being served to patrons
o Ensure cleaning standards for the kitchen are followed and maintained
o Follow health and safety protocols involving food and beverage handling and equipment use.
o Adhere to kitchen organization and storage standards and processes that ensure First in First Out methods are adhered to.
o Wash Dishes and Bus Tables as needed
