Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and champion Chick-fil-A Hwy 211 & Potranco's Vision and Values
  • Responsible for ensuring Chick-fil-A's Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy is executed at all times
  • Create daily shift setups and ensure smooth operations during peak periods
  • Coordinate team member schedules and breaks
  • Manage kitchen operations
  • Ensure food safety and quality requirements are met ALL DAY EVERY DAY
  • Identify areas for improvement and celebrate success with the team
  • Train and develop team members in all areas
  • Conduct food safety and quality audits
  • Monitor food waste and implement strategies to reduce waste
  • Ensure 100% completion of all operational and cleaning checklists

Qualifications:

  • High school degree
  • Prior experience in a kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for food safety and quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Servsafe Manager Certified
  • Complete Chick-fil-A Hwy 211 & Potranco's Kitchen Supervisor Training Program
  • Maintain Open Availability with limited restrictions
  • Maintain high competency of relevant Chick-fil-A Standards and Procedures
