Kitchen Supervisor

Selrico Services Inc. is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Supervisor to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety while leading and supporting kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Ensure food preparation meets quality standards and health regulations.
• Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies as needed.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with all food safety standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or food service environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
