We're searching for a Kitchen Team Chef who enjoys cooking, values quality, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Whether you're perfecting a classic recipe or suggesting a new menu item, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact on the people you serve every day.
What You'll Do
- Prepare fresh, made-from-scratch meals with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
- Plan and coordinate meal preparation to ensure food is ready on time and served at the proper temperature.
- Prepare ingredients.
- Prepare a variety of menus and meals using a variety of cooking techniques and experimenting with new recipes.
- Help keep our menu rotating and fresh by sharing ideas for specials and new recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and temperatures.
- Receive, store, and rotate inventory following food safety standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to create an enjoyable dining experience for employees.
- Assist with kitchen cleanup and equipment maintenance at the end of each shift.

Qualifications
- Previous cooking or food service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
