Position OverviewWe're seeking talented and passionate kitchen team members to join our Fenway location. Roles include Line Cooks, Preparation and Dishwashers.
Key Responsibilities- Execute menu items consistently while maintaining high quality standards- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols- Maintain clean and organized work stations- Collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff- Assist with prep work and kitchen operations- Handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak service periods- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Good communication and teamwork skills- Available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed- Food Handler's Certification (or willing to obtain)- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
