Job Description:
The kitchen is where the magic happens! As part of our Kitchen Crew, you’ll be responsible for prepping and cooking our fan-favorite pizzas, wings, and more. You’ll operate industrial fryers and pizza ovens while maintaining strict health and safety standards. This role includes washing dishes, stocking inventory, and ensuring the kitchen stays clean and organized even during the busiest rushes. If you have a passion for food and a strong work ethic, we want you in our kitchen.


Responsibilities


Food Preparation & Cooking


  • The Magic Maker: Prep, cook, and plate fan-favorite items like pizzas and wings while maintaining strict consistency and quality.

  • Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently use industrial fryers, pizza ovens, and other kitchen machinery.

  • Order Management: Follow tickets accurately to ensure food is ready on time, especially during high-volume rushes.

Kitchen Safety & Sanitation


  • Health Standards: Maintain 100% compliance with health department and food serving standards.

  • Cleanliness: Wash dishes, sanitize prep surfaces, and ensure the kitchen is deep-cleaned at the end of every shift.

  • Inventory Control: Stock incoming orders, rotate prep items (FIFO), and keep the walk-in and dry storage organized.

Qualifications


Core Requirements


  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Certification: ServSafe experience or certification is highly preferred.

  • Physicality: Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environment and stand for long shifts.

Skills & Mindset


  • Work Ethic: A "no-task-too-small" attitude, from cooking to scrubbing floors.

  • Speed & Accuracy: Ability to handle a heavy "screen" of orders without sacrificing quality.

  • Reliability: We depend on our kitchen to feed the fun—punctuality is non-negotiable.

Availability & Requirements (Mandatory)


  • Late Nights: Willingness to work until 11 PM (Sun–Thurs) and 1 AM (Fri–Sat).

  • Opening Shifts: Availability to start as early as 12 PM for prep.
