What You’ll Do

As a Back of House Team Member, you will:

• Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A’s signature menu items
• Hand-bread chicken throughout the day
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Assemble guest orders with speed and accuracy
• Keep the kitchen stocked, organized, and running efficiently
• Work closely with a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Help create a positive and encouraging work environment
