Responsibilities:
- Handle end-of-day food prep and help shut down kitchen stations as part of the closing shift.
- Clean and organize the kitchen and dining areas after closing.
- Cross-train across roles to help cover all evening closing duties.
- Follow all closing procedures and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- No experience required.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in both hot and cold conditions, indoors and outdoors, in changing weather.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive under pressure.
- Adaptable, dependable, and hardworking.
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Confident cash-handling skills.
