Position Details

What You'll Do

As an Evening Kitchen Team Member, you'll work alongside other team members and leaders to keep our kitchen running smoothly during dinner and closing operations. Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and cooking Chick-fil-A menu items according to quality and food-safety standards
• Learning multiple kitchen positions, including breading, machines, fries, boards, prep, and other production areas
• Working with urgency and accuracy during high-volume meal periods
• Communicating with teammates to keep food fresh and available for our guests
• Restocking products and supplies throughout the shift
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Following food-safety, sanitation, and equipment-safety procedures
• Completing assigned evening and closing responsibilities
• Helping clean and prepare the kitchen for the following business day
• Participating in ongoing training and development
• Supporting the team wherever needed to help the restaurant finish the day successfully
