Full-time and part-time | On-site in Forsyth, GA | $11–14.50/hr
Back of house is the kitchen. You cook, bread, assemble, and keep the line moving so every order goes out fast, hot, and right. It is a real kitchen: fast, warm, physical, and run by a team that counts on each other. If you like working with your hands, moving with a purpose, and getting a rush of orders out clean, this is your spot.
Read this part. It is the honest picture of the job, and it saves us both time.
It is hot, fast, and physical. You are on your feet your whole shift in a busy kitchen, moving the whole time. You will lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long stretches. This is real work.
Food safety and speed both matter at the same time. When orders stack up, you keep the pace and keep the standard. Clean hands, right temps, right process, every time. Busy is never an excuse to cut a corner.
It is a team job. The line only works when everyone pulls weight. You will lean on your teammates, and they will lean on you.
Saturday availability is required. You will not work every Saturday, but you have to be available for them. We are closed every Sunday, always.
You need a reliable way to get to work. If you take opening shifts before sunrise or closing shifts after dark, you need transportation that actually works for those hours.
We hold a standard. On time, in uniform, and locked in on food safety and cleanliness, every shift. Same standard for everyone.
We are looking for people who want to stay a while. Getting good at the kitchen, earning raises, and earning the trust to take on more takes months, not weeks. If you are looking for a 6-month thing, this is not it.
You are dependable, you show up on time, and you work fast without getting sloppy. You do not need kitchen experience. You do need to be coachable, willing to learn the stations, and steady when it gets busy. If you have worked on a team, played a sport, or done physical work before, that shows up here.
Attitude still matters back here. The kitchen is part of the same team that takes care of guests, so we hire for the same character and the same warmth we look for up front. The people who do best are dependable, coachable, and good teammates.
Pay: $11.00–$14.50 per hour, based on experience and availability, with raises as you grow.
Schedule: Full-time and part-time. Saturday availability required. Closed Sundays. Opening, midday, evening, and closing shifts available.
