Fajita Pete's is looking for Kitchen Team Members to join our Back of House team. Whether you're working the grill, preparing ingredients, making fresh tortillas, or assembling orders on the line, you'll play an important role in delivering the quality and consistency our guests expect.
No matter your station, you'll be part of a team focused on great food, teamwork, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Food Preparation
- Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes and company standards
- Portion and stock products throughout the shift
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Line & Production
- Assemble orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members during busy periods
- Maintain speed and attention to detail during peak hours
- Ensure all orders meet Fajita Pete's quality standards
Grill & Tortilla Station
- Prepare proteins and other menu items according to specifications
- Cook and prepare products consistently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station
- Monitor product quality throughout the shift
Kitchen Operations
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness as needed
- Support teammates wherever needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
