GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Kitchen Team Member contributes to the success of Chick-fil-A Beach Blvd by adhering to
and exceeding Chick-fil-A quality, order accuracy, presentation, and food safety standards while working together with a collaborative spirit in order to achieve excellent performance in all areas
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Tasks
- Effectively and accurately assembles orders
- Follows standards for proper presentation of orders
- Ensures accuracy of orders
- Works with sense of urgency
- Communicates effectively with the front counter
- Maintains a culture of food safety by properly utilizing Chick-fil-A's Operational tools (ERQA,Safe Daily Critical, & SAFE visits)
- Upholds organizational standards to increase proficiency
- Follows cleaning routines in order to meet and exceed Chick-fil-A's high cleanliness standards

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
- Must have flexible availability which includes Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
