Your Role as a Kitchen Team Member in the Back of House (BOH)

• Represent Chick-fil-A with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a smile
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards for excellence and food safety
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Follow operational and food safety policies accurately and efficiently
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Stand for long periods and lift 10-40 pounds regularly

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years old with some high school education or higher
• Previous experience in food service, food safety, or customer service is a plus
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect
• Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including Saturdays
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• If hired, must obtain a Southern Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
