Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Quality

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food with accuracy and speed following the standard procedures.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment.

Operational Excellence

• Meet service time goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow portioning and food-handling procedures to reduce waste and control costs.
• Assist with restocking as needed.

Teamwork & Development

• Communicate effectively with teammates and leaders
• Contribute to a supportive, high-performance team environment
• Participate in ongoing training for culinary and leadership growth
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, stocking, and readiness
• Report equipment or maintenance concerns promptly
