We are seeking hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Kitchen Team for morning and mid-day shifts. As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll play a vital role in preparing high-quality breakfast and lunch items while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Food Preparation & Quality Prepare, cook, and assemble food with accuracy and speed following Chick-fil-A's recipes and procedures Uphold strict food safety and cleanliness standards Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment Operational Excellence Meet service time goals while maintaining food quality Follow portioning and food-handling procedures to reduce waste and control costs Assist with restocking and prep for the day Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness through the shift.
Teamwork & Development
• Communicate effectively with teammates and leaders • Contribute to a supportive, high-performance team environment • Participate in ongoing culinary and leadership training
Required Qualifications
• Morning availability is REQUIRED (including Saturdays) - shifts can start as early as 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment • Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable • Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
