Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with daily food preparation and ingredient setup
Follow recipes and procedures to prepare dishes
Work Grill and Assemble meals with consistency and attention to detail
Work fryer stations and assist with other kitchen tasks as needed
Support team members during busy periods
Follow all food safety regulations, sanitation and proper food handling procedures
Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist with dishwashing, cleaning fryers and grill, and proper waste disposal

Qualifications:

Previous experience (minimum one year) in a similar role is preferred
Ability to multitask
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
