Position Summary:

The Kitchen Team Member is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality BBQ and side items in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role supports a streamlined counter-service model where guests order at the bar, receive a pager for food pickup, and retrieve orders from the kitchen window. Kitchen Team Members are essential to maintaining speed, consistency, and food quality in every order.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards

• Follow standard recipes   

• Setup and teardown of food preparation workspace  

• Operate, clean, sanitize and maintain kitchen equipment  

• Properly store and handle food   

• Follow food service safety & sanitation protocols across the kitchen  

• Work closely with other kitchen team members and leadership and contribute to a positive team culture

• Comply with company policies and procedures  

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to work in a team and take direction

• Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality

• Basic computer literacy and math skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Must be 16+ to apply
