Job Description

At Chick-fil-A Ruby & Sinto, our Kitchen Team Members are the foundation of every remarkable guest experience. Behind every great meal is a team committed to excellence, teamwork, and serving others through the quality of their work.

As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll prepare fresh food with care, uphold the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness, and help ensure every guest receives an accurate, high-quality meal. Whether you're breading chicken, assembling orders, preparing produce, or keeping the kitchen running efficiently, your work plays a critical role in our restaurant's success.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working as part of a team, and are committed to doing their very best every day. Experience is helpful, but more importantly, we're looking for people who are dependable, coachable, and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food according to Chick-fil-A recipes and quality standards
• Maintain excellence in food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
• Ensure every order is prepared accurately and consistently
• Stock and organize inventory throughout each shift
• Complete opening, transition, and closing responsibilities
• Maintain clean equipment and workstations
• Support teammates and communicate effectively during busy periods
• Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines
• Take ownership of creating a kitchen that reflects excellence in every detail

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including exposure to hot and cold temperatures
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is welcomed but not required-we will provide the training you need to succeed.
