Position: Kitchen Team Member (Back of House)
As part of our BOH team, you’ll play a vital role in preparing and delivering the high-quality food Chick-fil-A is known for. Responsibilities may include:
- Preparing food to order quickly and accurately
- Assembling meals with attention to detail and quality
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Managing inventory and food prep
- Working as part of a team to meet daily goals

- Able to follow food safety procedures precisely
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen

Additional Requirements:
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs
- Prior kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required
