Position: Kitchen Team Member (Back of House)

As part of our BOH team, you’ll play a vital role in preparing and delivering the high-quality food Chick-fil-A is known for. Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing food to order quickly and accurately
• Assembling meals with attention to detail and quality
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Managing inventory and food prep
• Working as part of a team to meet daily goals

• Able to follow food safety procedures precisely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen

Additional Requirements:

• Must be available to work on Saturdays
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs
• Prior kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required
