Kitchen Team Members- Part Time

KITCHEN TEAM MEMBERS | 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE

We're expanding our coffee shop's breakfast menu and looking for two experienced, hardworking, and dependable kitchen team members to join our team!

We're looking for individuals who take pride in preparing quality food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Kitchen experience is required. We're looking for people who understand that great food starts with proper preparation, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing ingredients and food items for daily breakfast service

• Cooking, assembling, and plating breakfast menu items with consistency and attention to quality

• Managing food orders efficiently during busy service hours

• Setting up and organizing the kitchen before service

• Maintaining proper food storage, labeling, dating, and rotation practices

• Following food safety, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention procedures

• Monitoring food quality, freshness, and presentation

• Keeping workstations, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized

• Restocking ingredients and supplies as needed

• Completing kitchen cleaning, breakdown, and closing procedures at the end of each shift

• Supporting teammates and jumping in wherever needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional kitchen experience required

• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling

• Understanding of cross-contamination prevention, food labeling, and storage best practices

• Clean, organized, and detail-oriented work habits

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

• Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player

• Takes initiative and pride in producing consistently high-quality food

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs

• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods

Available Positions

Position 1 – Weekday Kitchen Team Member

Monday–Thursday | 5 AM – 12 PM

Position 2 – Weekend Kitchen Team Member

Friday–Sunday | 7 AM – 2 PM

Compensation

$12/hour + tips
