• Prepare seared-to-order ButterBurgers® and other guest favorites with precision and care
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment during morning shifts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure every meal is a masterpiece
• Maintain high standards of food quality and safety

• Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work weekend availability and day shifts (8-hour shifts)

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
