Monday- Sunday 6 am to 6pm rotating schedule 4 5 days a week
Job Summary:
The Kitchen Ambassador plays a key role in connecting the kitchen team with guests, ensuring smooth communication, and creating a welcoming and educational experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with guests in the kitchen area or event space, answering questions and sharing knowledge.
- Represent the brand or venue with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Support kitchen operations by coordinating food preparation flow and helping maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with product demos, tastings, classes, or cooking events as needed.
- Monitor and maintain presentation standards in food displays or product setups.
- Communicate guest feedback to chefs and kitchen staff to ensure continuous improvement.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Serve as a brand advocateeducating guests on menu items, kitchen tools, or services offered.
- Help train new team members on hospitality standards and kitchen flow when applicable.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, culinary, or retail environment preferred.
- Passion for food, cooking, and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light to moderate items.
