DescriptionJOB SUMMARYResponsible for washing and properly storing all cooking utensils, china equipment, flatware and glassware at Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club Country.HOURS/DAYSHours and days fluctuate according to the wants and needs of the members and guests.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIncludes the following. Other duties may be assigned.Wash all dishes in dishwashing machine or by hand.Washes/scrub pots and pans.Collects trash from kitchen areas, empties barrels, wash and re-lines with new bag.Sweeps entire kitchen floor.Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.Unloads and cleans dishwashing machine.Cleans all glassware.Washes and cleans receiving area and trash areas.Assists cook with food preparation.Performs other tasks as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.
