What You'll Do As the Utility Supervisor, you'll help keep our culinary operation running smoothly by: - Leading and supporting the daily work of the Utility team
- Working alongside staff in ware washing, pot washing, meal cart delivery, and kitchen closing
- Assigning and prioritizing daily work
- Coaching and training team members
- Assisting with scheduling, attendance, and onboarding
- Helping maintain food safety, sanitation, and inspection readiness
- Resolving day-to-day operational issues and supporting the Executive Chef
- This is a working supervisor position—you'll lead by example and jump in wherever needed to support the team.
