Duties must be performed in a manner that ensure s high quality standards of operation and compliance with the requirements . Qualifications Required: Education: High school diploma Experience : On the job training in school food service Other: Abili ty to perform a wide range of food preparation , cleaning/sanitation and customer service duties including the ability to lift item weighing up to 40 lbs and the ability to stand for an extended period .
