Job Title: Cook/KitchenObjective:The Cooks/Kitchen Helper Position is responsible for assisting in the serving and preparation of food. In addition, maintaining good housekeeping in the kitchen and dining areasEssential Functions:Knowledgeable in proper cooked and uncooked food temperaturesKnowledge of all safety guidelines in kitchenCleans and checks service equipmentAble to identify and safely use all kitchen equipment.Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.Cleans and maintains kitchen facilitiesAssists in moving and storing suppliesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent customer service skills Ability to have a highly motivated and energetic personality.Working Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment.Position Type: Full-time/ Part time Physical Demands:Must be able to carry 25-50 lbs.Able to stand for multiple hours.Education and Experience:Food Handler Card Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
