    Description

    Digital Assistant Category ManagerThe Digital Assistant Category Manager supports the execution and day-to-day management of Lifetime Brands' ecommerce presence across Amazon, key retail partners, and owned websites.This role works hands-on with social media coordination, AI-assisted content creation, and ecommerce listing management to ensure product content is accurate, live, and performing as intended.Key Responsibilities

    Support social media coordination tied to ecommerce and product visibility

    Create and maintain AI-generated product content for Amazon and other ecommerce partners

    Manage ecommerce listings, including titles, bullets, images, and backend attributes

    Upload content to partner platforms and owned sites, verify it is live, and troubleshoot issues when content does not publish correctly

    Coordinate Shopify updates across Lifetime Brands' owned websites

    Work with internal teams to coordinate photo and video assets for ecommerce and social use

    Monitor pricing, suppression, and listing issues across ecommerce platforms and flag inconsistencies

    Collaborate cross-functionally to keep product content current and compliant

    Ideal Fit

    Comfortable working across multiple platforms at once

    Interested in ecommerce, digital merchandising, and emerging AI tools

    Willing to learn platform requirements and problem-solve quickly when issues arise

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing,

    Experience: 0-2 years in digital marketing, e-commerce merchandising, or procurement

    Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, and MS Excel/data analysis software.

    E-commerce Knowledge: Deep understanding of online storefront optimization, user experience and digital trends.

    Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, and drive actionable insights

    Soft Skills: communication and project management skills
