Kitting & Receiving Attendant – Day Shift

? Pay: $18–$20 per hour (Depending on Experience)
? Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Weekends as Needed
HireCall is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Kitting & Receiving Attendant for a manufacturing facility in Catoosa. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the flow of materials throughout the plant by receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking inventory accurately and efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with forklift and material handling experience who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and values teamwork, organization, and safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Issue materials to plant personnel and accurately complete system transactions
- Dispense inventory parts and supplies as needed
- Receive purchase orders and track order status
- Enter inventory and receiving information into the computer system (Epicor experience is a plus)
- Maintain shortage logs and kitting schedules for production components
- Communicate inventory shortages or supply concerns to supervisors and purchasing
- Unload and store incoming materials in proper locations
- Perform additional warehouse and inventory duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of forklift and/or material handling experience required
- Previous inventory control experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to wear required PPE
- Must be able to safely access all areas of the facility
