We are looking for a reliable Kitting Associate with strong warehouse experience to join our team. This position involves gathering, organizing, and packaging materials into complete kits while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities
Assemble and package kits according to work orders and instructions
Pick and gather materials from inventory
Count, verify, and organize components for each kit
Label and prepare completed kits for shipping or production
Maintain an organized and clean work area
Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies
Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience required
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes
Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
