Description
Worldwide leading company in the manufacturing of automated post-harvest packaging equipment is seeing an experienced knitting machine operator.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1pm - 9:30pm
Payrate: $19.00
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing the machinery for production, including roll-setup, knitters, speed and other parameters.
Monitoring the knitting process, ensuring proper material flow, and adjusting settings as needed to maintain product specifications.
Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the production process, such as material problems, knitting fluctuations, or equipment malfunctions.
Conducting quality tests, such as measuring dimensions, assessing material properties, or checking for conformance to specifications
Recording production data, quality test results, and any issues encountered during the process.
Performing tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting the machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Following safety procedures and maintaining a safe workplace
Keeping the work area clean and organized
Follow company policies, safety, and BRCGS food safety regulations and operating procedures
Maintain a positive attitude, respectful and open communication with team members
Requirements:
Must be open to working all shifts
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
