Job Description
CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking an Executive Operations, Communications, and Knowledge Management Manager provides senior-level operational, administrative, communications, and knowledge management support to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment (OASA (IE&E)) and its subordinate Offices of the Deputy Assistant Secretaries of the Army (ODASAs). This position supports organizational mission execution, leadership continuity, and enterprise-wide coordination by managing executive correspondence, congressional engagements, directorate operations, knowledge management capabilities, records management programs, and strategic communications initiatives.
The role requires a highly organized and experienced professional capable of operating in a classified-capable environment while coordinating across multiple organizations, senior leaders, and staff functions in support of Army and Department of Defense objectives.
- Develop, implement, and sustain Knowledge Management (KM) capabilities that improve information sharing, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.
- Design, administer, and maintain Army 365 (A365) collaboration environments to support enterprise-wide communication and information management.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives, collaboration strategies, and process improvements across OASA (IE&E) and ODASA organizations.
- Leverage collaboration technologies and digital tools to improve organizational awareness and decision support.
