Consider joining us today to make a difference. Primary Responsibilities:The Knowledge Management Technician supports creation, updates, retirement, and maintenance of knowledge articles and support documentation. Additionally, in this position you will:Update knowledge articles.Conduct article reviews and validation.Format and publish content.Support knowledge audits.Track article lifecycle status. Qualifications:Two (2) years of technical documentation or knowledge management experience.
