Job Summary: Location: On-site in Annapolis Junction, MD (Primary); possible JBAB (Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling), MD or Landover, MD Industry: Public Sector and Government (IT/Computer & Mathematical) Key Responsibilities: Facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization, customers, partners, and stakeholders. Integrate knowledge sharing into operational processes and information systems for seamless data exchange. Promote collaborative tools like activity rooms to enable idea and work sharing among teams and partners. Support communities of practice through workshops, guidance, and troubleshooting. Share innovative knowledge approaches via case studies across business units and networks. Monitor and evaluate knowledge sharing programs, including benchmarking. Maintain organization-wide communications on knowledge sharing through training, orientations, and materials. Develop and deliver knowledge sharing programs using the organization's information infrastructure. Build effective partnerships internally and externally. Analyze user needs, translate them into requirements, and develop solutions like SharePoint with minimal guidance per government policies. Create content such as portals, web pages, dashboards, queries, and reports for mission tasking and data sharing. Participate in technical meetings to gain insights for building and maintaining Common Intelligence Picture/Common Operating Picture (CIP/COP). Identify gaps in knowledge processes, recommend and implement workflow improvements. Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to measure knowledge management effectiveness. Collaborate with analysts, mission planners, and leadership to align efforts with priorities. Ensure compliance with security protocols, classification guidelines, and policies. Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI Clearance. Minimum 8 years of Knowledge Management experience. Intelligence Enterprise experience within the last 2 years, including research/evaluation of technical and all-source intelligence, cyber warfare tactics/techniques/procedures, cyber threat profiling, Client data correlation, and understanding of intelligence analytic concepts for cyberspace operations. 8 years of Microsoft SharePoint administration experience. Native or bilingual English proficiency. Desired Qualifications: Collection Management experience. Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
