Job Overview:

• Job Title: Knowledge Manager

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Required onsite presence is limited to an average of once a month)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a long-term knowledge management roadmap aligned with strategic organizational goals and service-delivery objectives.

• Build partnerships with internal teams, subject matter experts, and research organizations to source and validate authoritative information.

• Design strategies to capture, preserve, and seamlessly transition legacy knowledge across the enterprise.

• Establish collaboration platforms and integrate knowledge resources with intranets, portals, and enterprise content management solutions.

• Promote a culture of collaboration and shared learning while ensuring compliance with appropriate use, retention, and access policies.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of advanced experience in research, information analysis, and validation utilizing digital, print, and traditional methods.

• 5 years of experience developing taxonomies, metadata schemas, and content classification strategies.

• 5 years of hands-on expertise integrating knowledge frameworks with intranets, portals, databases, or ITSM platforms.

• 5 years of strong customer-service orientation with a deep understanding of public-sector service delivery best practices.

• 5 years of analytical and problem-solving capability, including knowledge of archiving, cataloging, and retention methodologies.

• 5 years of demonstrated ability to gather requirements, engage stakeholders, and deliver solutions while translating technical concepts into clear business language.

Preferred Skills:

• Degree in Library and Information Science, Knowledge Management, Information Science, or a related field.

• Relevant industry certifications such as Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS), ITIL, or other KM specialty credentials.
