Our housekeeping team plays a key role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment across the campground.Position Overview We're looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Housekeeper to clean cabins, deluxe cabins, glamping units, restrooms, bathhouses, and public areas. This role is hands‑on, and essential to maintaining KOA's hospitality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and prepare cabins, deluxe cabins, and lodging units to KOA brand standardsClean restrooms, bathhouses, store areas, and other public spacesWash, dry, fold, and organize linensRestock housekeeping carts and supply areasReport maintenance or safety issues promptlyProvide friendly, helpful service when interacting with guestsFollow all KOA safety, sanitation, and cleaning proceduresQualificationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast‑paced environmentAble to lift 10–25 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, reaching)Willing to work weekends and holidaysPrior housekeeping experience is helpful but not requiredWork EnvironmentIndoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditionsFrequent walking across uneven terrainStanding for extended periods
