Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Tungsten/Kofax Capture, KTM, and KTA.
  • Configure document capture workflows, validation rules, and extraction processes.
  • Develop scripts and integrations to support automated document processing.
  • Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Tungsten/Kofax solutions with enterprise systems and databases.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Provide production support and resolve issues related to document processing systems.
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow SDLC best practices.
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with Tungsten/Kofax Capture, KTM (Kofax Transformation Modules), and KTA (Kofax TotalAgility).
  • Experience with OCR, document classification, and data extraction technologies.
  • Knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, or scripting within Kofax environments.
  • Experience with SQL databases and system integrations.
  • Understanding of workflow automation and document management systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in financial services environments.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and enterprise document processing solutions
